history lessons

While at home in Michigan my dad and I sat
down and went through slides taken during
his family's trip to Yellowstone National Park in 1965.

I am grateful for these slides.
Objects can speak so much about the past.. what my grandmother wore to a National Park.
She was not the hiking boot type of lady. (far left)

or that fashion was surprisingly not too far off from today's.
